Return & Refund Policy

1. The iGENJUN Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind the engineering of our wireless connectivity hubs and fast-charging technologies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy for all retail purchases made directly through igenjun.store.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and free from any physical damage (e.g., no scratches on the adapter’s casing or damaged USB cables).
• The item must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and QR codes included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please email us at contact@igenjun.store with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a prepaid label was provided) will be deducted from your refund.
• Wholesale and B2B orders (processed via sales@igenjun.store) are subject to a different return agreement outlined in your specific B2B contract, generally allowing returns only for defective batches.
