1. Global Shipping Commitment At iGENJUN, we are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping to over 174 countries worldwide. Our logistics network is optimized to ensure that your premium tech accessories reach your dashboard as quickly and safely as possible.

2. Order Processing Times All retail orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Wholesale/B2B Orders: Processing times for wholesale orders (Minimum $500 value) may take up to 3-5 business days due to volume verification and bulk packaging requirements.

3. Domestic & International Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Expedited Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 7 to 21 business days. iGENJUN is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes iGENJUN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our B2B partners applying through sales@igenjun.store, please ensure you are aware of your local import laws regarding electronic adapters and wireless transmitters.

5. Order Tracking & Lost Packages Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a live tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team at contact@igenjun.store within 7 days so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.
