Warranty & iGENJUN Care Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. 3-Year iGENJUN Care Overview Quality is the cornerstone of our brand. We proudly provide the industry-leading 3-Year iGENJUN Care warranty on all our core products, including Wireless CarPlay Adapters, Android Auto Converters, and Magnetic Power Stations. This warranty reflects our absolute confidence in our smart IC chips, heat-dissipation materials, and robust hardware design.

2. What is Covered? This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this 3-year period, iGENJUN will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal vehicle and environmental conditions.

3. What is NOT Covered? This warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Severe physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or attempting to open the casing of the adapters.
• Water damage, extreme heat exposure beyond the specified operating temperatures, or electrical surges from faulty vehicle alternators.
• Issues arising from failure to install Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates provided by iGENJUN.

4. Software & Firmware Updates iGENJUN frequently releases OTA updates to ensure our adapters remain compatible with the latest iOS and Android smartphone updates. The 3-Year Warranty guarantees continued software support. Users are required to keep their devices updated via the provided IP setup interface to maintain optimal performance.

5. Claiming Your Warranty To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at contact@igenjun.store to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please include your original order number, a brief description of the technical issue, and a video or image demonstrating the malfunction. Our technical team will respond within 24 hours to assist with troubleshooting or to issue a warranty replacement.
